If the driver cancels your delivery request, we will immediately send you a notification and begin sourcing for a new driver to fulfil your delivery.

Yes, you can track the delivery in real-time using the app. Once a driver has been assigned to your delivery, you will be able to track their location and receive updates on the delivery status.
